This post is dedicated to all those who are waiting for me online at night (atleast 2-3 are there! :P) but cant find me on Y!, Gtalk or MSN or all three. Recently i have been doing some thinking about life. Well that doesnt directly qualify as a reason of not being online, but indirectly it very much is. Here are some insights on the working of some of the lazier brains! :(
1. Life is very long. You need to stay healthy to enjoy most part of it.
2. Having adequate amounts of sleep is a key to good health, even if that makes you miss about 7 breakfasts a week and 3-4 other meals! :-(
3. Exercise is necessary for the body to work properly but rest is essential for the brain to work well.
4. A change in your college bag, cycle tyre, room lock, water bottle, spoons, clothes, soap, room setup, bed ;-) can only bring about good effects in your life.
5. Taking into consideration the above mentioned points, one may decide to change his lifestyle atleast once in a semester.
6. Some conclusions are:- a) Good Health = lots of sleep, so, sleep early and as much as you can.
b) Change of routine has to take into account point "a" above.
So here is the real reason, change of routine successfully achieved, I sleep VERY EARLY these days (about (11 + - 1) PM). I try to wake up early in the morning. I do manage to wake up early in the morning, but GOD only knows why i cant have breakfast on a single day!!! :(
The reason for today is clear though, writing a stupid blog post and sleeping immediately afterwards rather than spending energy going all the way to mess for breakfast!
